Nulity into mutual?

I have an ex-parte decree of nulity based on fact that my first wife was separated from her husband only through deed of divorce which is not recognized by the law.

She pressurised me to convert it into mutual on the pretext of criminal charges.

Q: Can decree of nulity be converted into mutual consent?

NO

do not do it - AT ANY COST.

she will give consent at the time of first motion and withdraw the consent at second motion.

if she is threatening to file false cases, u can file TRUE case of IPC 494 on her.

similar is my position - for details : call - 9822 0855 06

further, the court has no jurisdiction to pass a decree u/s 13B when the marriage itself is void-ab-initio.

now that u have got the decree of nullity u/s 11, let her do anything ... just ignore her

Already done. I have already converted it into mutual and now paying the price for it. My only remedy now is to get the original decree of nulity restored. Is there a way to do that? Which court has the jurisdiction? The lower court or appellate?
