Chances of recovery of expenses from girls side are rare however it depends on facts of the case.

Financial claim/expenses on the ground of cheating is separate issue than the nullity of marriage on the ground of force and fraud. The losses suffered by the fraud can be claimed in a separate suit after the Family Court hold that the marriage got solemnised because of fraud on the part of the respondent.

No, the marriage expenses cannot be claimed. The woman may at most seek maintenance during the pendency of the nullity proceedings. 

Asking for expenses back is like cleaning septic tank searching for money.  If they give, take.  But its a sh*tty mess you have to deal with.
