I am interested to know what one has to do to obtain an O.P. Number of a pending case (contested will) in Chennai High Court as of 2008. I contacted an advocate at Chennai and he asked me for the O.P.Number. I provided him all the details of the case, so that I can obtain copies of all the papers including grant of probate. However, he said he needs the O.P. Number to pull out the files/papers and is still not sure if he can get them with the number.
Any advise what is the best way to proceed to get the copies of all the papers filed in the court?
