OA in CAT

Sir,

I have withdrawn an OA myself when it came for hearing, because  I have impleaded a wrong person by mistake. The order passed in that OA is as follows:

"When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wished to withdraw this OA. He has made an endorsement on the case file to this effect. Accordingly, this OA is dismissed as withdrawn."

Now, Can I file the OA again correcting the mistake that I made in the earlier OA?

I submit this to the Hon'ble Lawyer's Club for clarification.

Thanking you,

Learning

Ji, to me, you have already withdrew the OA and the court issued accordingly.  so you need not file OA.
