Make such prescribed application seeking for such certificate from Tehasildar, and if your income is as per the laid down guidelines he will issue and if not he will reject the application stating such reasons.

When was he promoted? Is your mother working?

I dont know the exact date but

He joined in 1995 then he promoted to officer and then to manager.

My mother is not working.

I don't even know in which category the urban cooperative bank come?

But I know that it's is not public sector neither private sector.

You are not eligible for non-creamy certificate since income of your family (as on date) is more than prescribed limit of Rs. 8 lakh.
