IS PRESIDENT OF INDIA IS UNDER OBLIGATION TO ENTERTAIN THE MERCY PETITION OF KASAB ??
Indian Constitution secures justice, liberty & equality etc.. to its citizens only and it is not guranteed to any other national. So how president of India acting as per constitution of India shall be bound to entertain mercy petition of KASAB who is not a Indian Citizen. Pl. keep your valuable views.
