Can I get the procedure to obtain Annexure E for passport. I am not sure if it is as simple like filling & notorising the form dowm downloaded from Passport website on a minimum value non-judicial stamp per & approaching any two local news pa& asking them to publish the name change? Will the newspaper publish the change by just charging me some amount or there is some additional legal process to it.
