During my pharmacist registration renewal , I have submitted all the documents in the pci office and there is a criteria that If I was attached with any shop i have to submit the release letter or any documents issued by the the drug control office . So I have submitted all the documents and during verification they have taken the original intimation letter which was stamped and accepted by the drug control office . Now I want to open a new shop and i gave the photocopy of the documents and they want to see the original intimation letter but i told them that i submitted to the pci office even I show them the payment receipt and renewal copy where it is being said that i was not attached with any other shop . But still they don't consider it what should I do ?
