Hi, I am working as on job trainee in a private company. Each employer gets 2 week offs. Due to 15th august, the company has assigned one week off on the day of independence. Do we have any right?

A private limited company is a voluntary association of not less than two and not more than fifty members.
It has an independent legal existence.
It is less cumbersome to organize and operate it as it has been exempted from many regulations and restrictions to which a public limited company is subjected to.
