On bail to get married to the victim

My cousin got arrested for 376 (breach of promise under pretext of marriage) Atrocities, 417 & 34 . We r trying to get bail on compromise of marrying VICTIM. She agreed to give no objections in front of judge . But she is creating conditions like we need to write our home on her as a security and marriage needs to be done within one week after the bail. If we don�t marry her after my cousin comes out or we delay the marriage for 1 year or 2 years . WHAT WILL HAPPEN ? WHAT KIND OF CONSEQUENCES WE GONNA FACE ? his father and mother are not arrested (trying for Anticpetry Bail) . Pls help us
