Dear Punit,

First of all let the property be physically divided and the shares of each brother be demarcated then every body is free to deal with his part of share individually.

Best Regards

Daksh

Dear Mr Daksh,

The physical demarcation has not been done. Its  a 500 square yards plot. How can it be divided as its already constructed 40 years back.

mr prabhakar perfect.

if the three owener do not  come to a settlement, the partition is the best way. then every one is free.

the another way is to purchase the property by other one or two partner at the market rate.

at chandigarh same act applicable.
