On a writ petition regarding blocking of approach to the plot which was obstructed by another party, the Madras High court appointed a learned advocate commissioner to file a report about the position prevailing around the property which was the subject matter of the writ petition. The property was inspected and the report also has been filed to the High Court. Is it possible to get a copy of the report submitted to the court. If so how we can get a copy.
