This has reference to online ticket booking on dated 14 October 2019. Initially i booked a ticket on train no 18452 from cuttack to hatia for 15/10/2019, the ticket amount Rs. 383 debited from my account but i did not got my ticket throgh SMS or online. So i approach the costomer care care authority for the incident. The costomer care executive of IRCTC told that, your ticket has not been booked and you will get your amount refund within 3 to 4 days. And also instructed me to booked another ticket if you want to move on that day in said train. So accordingly i booked the another ticket, after booking the ticket i got two PNR from cuttack to Hatia for dated 15/10/19 for the said train 18452. The two PNR are 6535613629 and 6535613629. Again i approach the costomer care executive of IRCTC, she advised me to cancel one ticket. So accordingly i cancel the PNR number 6535613629. Rs 275 i expected to get after cancellation, but i yet to get. Now my concern is why should i get Rs. 275 by spending Rs. 383. So i want my Rs 383 get back instead of Rs. 275
