As per judgement passed by Kerala HC in 2016, burning of any plastic and rubber waste in public places and in residential area as they pose threat to health of individual. Hence, such activity violates the fundamental right and one can file a complaint and initiate a criminal complaint and charge the accused with nuisence and also report such activity to local muncipality and action will be taken against the said person.
