I want to know the procedure to open old and pending case in HC. The person lost the case in Lower court and get fined of X lacs and X years jail.The case is pending in HC from last 10 years . Only one lisiting is done till date.

You mean appeal is pending in HC?
It may take many years if you are not under detention.
