Please also tell me the summoning of the summon by Fax or email and other ways are effective service summoning or not in CPC or Cr.PC

normally regd ack due principle was laid down when threre was no other methods of confirmation whether letter has been recd or not. Moot question is whether letter has been delivered or not?

suppose some body sends summons /letter through speed post or registered post without ack due. Confirmation can be obtained from website of the postal deptt under tracking of article section. If it mentions that the article/letter has been delivered. It means it has been delivered. Now a days even Income tax Deptt has introduced that summons will be sent by e mail  and many more are sent on e mails and deemed to delivered or serviced.
