Order reserved more than 6 months

If an order has been passed by the high court after reserving  it for more than 6 months, does it still stand or can we raise an objection to set aside the order

I understand that sir but it took 8 months from the final hearing to the judgement pronunciation...can i challenge the said judgement and ask for a new hearing on the basis of the delay in pronounciation of judgement

If so please provide relevant judgements

Much appreciated

No such reharing is possible. If there is an error apparent on the face of the record you can file a Review Petition. If otherwise unsatisfied with the decision.only remedy is in filing an appeal.
