I got married to a guy from Bangalore on 10th dec 2012. But his family was not ready to accept me n creating problem because i belong to SC category. They use to harass me a lot. Finally on 26 and 27 dec they fought with me . My husband was with them n he have thrown me out from house n threaten me to kill. It was a clear case of domestic violence. I have given a complaint to police station and requested them for security. but today i got to know the FIR has 498-A, 323, 506 and 34 IPC charges.
I belong to Bhopal n can not go to Bangalore to fight the case against him. He is financially socially and politically very strong and can influence this case and take revenge also. so now i want out of the court settlement with my husband as he is ready to give me divorce with mutual concern. I don't want any alimony n maintenance from him. Kindly suggest me what to do.
Please I need your urgent suggestion and help.
