Owner evicting me...plz guide...

Respected Sir...... I took a shop 17 years before on rent but there is no rent agreement between me (tenant) and landlord..but electricity bills are paid by me....now my landlord force me to vacant the shop and send court notice on the basis to set his child by using that shop... so plz guide me what should I do in case....your valuable advice need on urgent basis..... regards raj...
