SUBIR KUMAR SANYAL (SELF)     26 August 2020

Owner of a private tuition house stopped teaching my daughter in the middle of the year

A school teacher has opened an Coaching Academy to provide English tuition to the students. For 2020 session, the owner(Teacher) asked advance Rs 7000 tuition fee for the whole year of 2020 which was deposited in his bank account in August 2019.
Now suddenly he has decided to stop coaching my daughter as she didn't obtain desired marks. But he is denying to refund the renaming amount equivalent to 4 months tuition fee. Accoding to rule my daughter has the right to be taught by the teacher up to December 2020. But he has blocked my daughter's account and stopped coaching her.
How shall I get the amount from him. Is there any legal provision?

Is it registered coaching academy. If so you can give complaint to the registrar authorities and submit your grievance.
