We are 3 brothers and 1 sister. In 2002, I paid and bought this property under my mother's name(now deceased). Before buying, I checked with my brothers and sister and they told me that they have no objection and they have no interest in this property. One of my brother has already given in writing relinquishing his rights in this property. The other brother who gave his verbal agreement and have an email to that effect. Now one brother and the sister are demanding their share just because it is in my mother's name. I paid fully for this property and have cancelled checques with me. Do they have legal claim over this property? Any advise in this matter is highly appreciated.
