Wife can only seek maintenance and residence rights, but not the share in the property.

Please elaborate "residence right" , as in right to live in or what it is. What if I give it fot rent after divorce.

Sir,
If domestic voilance case is filed agianst you, then the court seeing you having your self acquired property may order you to either accomodate her to that house or provide an accomodation to her.
