We are belonging to Andhrapradesh having 2acres of cultivating land besides that having 2acres of paddy field (tenant). My father having documents (Rs 100 /- stamp papers) as he was purchased that tenant worth of 2000/- from his father and his grandfather in 1976. My father is paying tax for that with his name without having any pass book since last 5yrs. In those stamp papers tenant having some survey no. that too those papers were written by village revenue officer (Karanam) not from MRO office in 1976. My father is paying tax with his name only. Now the village secretaries are there in andhrapradesh, they are collecting tax according to that survey no. I asked my father without having any registration how he (Karanam) has written some survey no. in the documents and my father replied we have already registered the cultivating field by seeing that he has given some survey no. for this tenant by that we are paying tax. He who had written those stamp papers already retired from his post and now he is alive. Here we have a problem, my father having 1 younger brother, now he is asking for share in that tenant. Is it possible for share or not and how we will proceed for registration, and those stamp papers are sufficient for the registration or not, where we have to register it and how much cost it will be?
