i m staying in malad , we have chawl which my fahter had given for to some people on pagadi system, 25 years back.. now some his son his staying in that room, we are not sure that he ishis sonor some of his relative, but he says that he his his son, and the person to whom we haa given the room has not come since 5 years , he is dead i think, so there any rule to remove this person from my house. please suggest
