Panchami land

Sir/Madam,

  I am sairam from coimbatore. I bought 4.5 cents of plot at  thilainagar  selvapuram Coimbatore.

I registered the document  at Coimbatore 2 joint subregistrar on 22/05/2009.

Now when I approached registrar for sale of this property, they denied quoting the land is  panchami land . I want to sell this plot and get it registered.  So please help me  in this matter.
