I had a plot in New Delhi.. I entered in collaboration with a builder and made floors by giving second floor to builder in return builder prepared four floors...now builder sold the floor to a person A. Now Person A disputes for parking space... The building has stilt parking..i.e parking on ground floor... Person A disputes to obtain excess parking space, Person A consumes liquor in common parking area, Person A occupies more space by parking big cars, Person A parks his cars inappropriately.
I as a original owner of Plot and now owner of three floors and terrace is facing the hardships from person A.
