Partition suit

I purchased a land of 0.13 Acres dated 16/03/2012 from a person who purchased the land from his two aunties (father's sister)  dated 29/01/1982 and dated 25/01/1983 out of six aunties after expiry of his grandfather. Now two of his aunties filed P.s suit before the Ld. Civil Judge, Sr. Division of the district court. Before purchase of the land I served written notices to the aunties about proposed purchase of the land but they verbally agreed for the purchase. Now, I have to submit written objection on 29/07/2016. What is the prospect of the case?

Did you purchase equsal to or more than 2 aunties share?

The person that sold to you, and 2 aunties are to be made party to the suit.

Let an able counsel specialzing in such/family/property/revenue mattters defend you.

Prospect negative, try to compromise with the concerned plaintiffs, by paying due share.
