i want to file a partition suit against my brother residing in our parents home in UP and i live in delhi. both my parents passed away 10 yrs back.and my brother still stays ther withi his family and we hindu family.
revenue recrds and eb shows my father name only and no other docs as such to my knowledge.
nothing has yield from family discussion so far.
is it worth going for a parttion suit. some say, it will be a never ending process if the other party prefers frivolous appeal while others say everything will be over in 3 yrs with propery share in my hand.
how does the current judicial syste see such partiton suit case . is it worth while proceedings?
