May Subregistrar of District registered of Reconstitution of Partnership Deed, But Original Deed was not Registred before District Subregistrar?

The Sub-registrar shall not usually register a Deed of Reconstitution if the Original Deed was not registered. You can get the Deed of Reconstitution registered as a new deed with the old partnership firm assets being contributed by the previous partners to the reconstituted partnership.
