My father had bought a plot in partnership with my uncle. After he expired, my name and my mothers name was added in place of my fathers name. we did demarcation for our whole plot . I want to know how we can separate our plot from my uncle's . I want separate papers (7/12, kharedikhat) and plot should be shown differently on map. we own approx. 2 acres in mulshi taluka, pune
Please guide me for the same.
