Two partners enter into equal partnership to develop property. Partner A pays price to book flat before commencement of project in the building. Partner B does not bring in any capital or funds. Partner A expires. Legal heirs C and D are taken into the partnership. LEgal heirs C and D ask for registering A's flat in their name in the building. Partner B coerces / forces C and D to register 1 flat free of cost in his name (against future profits) in return to register A's flat. Now that C's flat has been registered under coercion, what is the step that C and D can take agains B. Can the registration be cancelled. Can B be expelled from partnership for coercion.
