Passport

i want to apply for passport. i had a criminal case agianst me ipc 354.

I want to know what is the process.

For applying to Passport, you shouldn have any criminal cases pending against you.. If u have once  cleared it, then attach the Judment Copy of Acquittal from the concerned Court and apply.
