As per hindu rituals i change my wife's name but failed to register that new name. As i thought i will do it later i updated her new name on my passport while issuing new passport.
sadly i got divorce after 1 yr of marriage and in divorce paper i have her old name... so in short i dont have any proof with new name and to remove it from passport.
let me know what step can be taken in this case. as i am planning to get married again now.
