The following personnel are authorized to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for passport ¹ ² ³: - Officer of the Central or State Government - Manager of a nationalized bank - Officer of the Reserve Bank of India - Officer of the local municipal corporation - Officer of the electricity or water department - Officer of the railway department - Officer of the telecom department Please note that the authorized person should sign the NOC with their name and designation, and provide their official rubber stamp and contact details for verification.
