Hi All,
It was to share with you all that now even in India those male employed in government services are entitled to paternity leave. Also most of the reputed private companies have started extending this benefit to their employees.
Also note that those in government service can avail this benefit even on adopting a child.

Hello,
In case of adopted child the leave needs to be availed within 6 months of adoption but in case of real child it can be availed during 6 months before or after child birth.
