Dear Sir,
we have a house with a lane infront of 40 *10 feet. Both house land and lane are with different plot number.
As per our document from 1950 both are in my mother name. while we tracing for patta we got patta for my house but for the lane area patta not avialable, also on search we found it is mention as porambokku land.we confused. This lane being used by us from 1950. Recently neigbhour claiming some feet from this lane.
Kindly guide me how to solve the problem.
