Pay fixation

Sir/Madam,

I entered in AP Judiciary as a Civil Judge (Jr. Division) by way of recruitment by transfer w.e.f. 13.10.2016  and the rules and regulations and the pay is within the purview of National Judicial Pay Commission, which was granted in 2010 and another announced w.e.f. 1.1.2016.  Previously while I was working in subordinate judiciary, I was drawing my Pay and amoluments under Revised Pay Scales of 2015 of State Government.  Now, how my pay is to be fixed.  Please enlight me in view of attached circular.  The initial pay of Civil Judge (Jr. Division) is Rs.27,700/-.  By the time of entering, my the then Pay is at Rs.33,220/-.  To my knowledge FR 22(a)(b) applicable and pay protecction will be given to me.  If not enlighten me and can any expert fix my pay as on 13.10.2016.
