Finally, my lawyer ended me up by not filing per-jury. And also, at the time of final hearing on Maintenance my lawyer took back step and opposite won. Here judge didn't considered the proofs of her working and what ever i submitted. Don't know how can a Judge ignore the proofs and give a judgement.
Its a learning thing for me that to be aggressive in all my own deeds and to take on own.
Could anyone please suggest what are the steps for appealing in High court and what precautions / considerations to be taken before filing or in application to appeal.
