Hello Sir,
I have 1 one Lakh rs personal loan, the loan total EMI is 36 month , i have paid 13 EMi but last 7 month i can't pay any EMI . Now the bank told me you will sattelment your loan account. Now he told me you pay 50,000 total and sattelment your account.
But i can't pay 50,000. Please suggest me can i decrease the amount.
How much i decrease please tell me.
And one more thing the bank told me they case me 138a. what is this.
give me some solution.
Please i am so tension now a day's.
