Kindly check your appointment letter. It is mentioned that you shall be eligible for PF, gratuity.......
It is believed that you have resigned after working with the company for 4 months.
At the time of joining company provides forms for PF a/c. If employees contribution has been deducted from your salary and you have the salary slip showing PF deduction, you may submit a gentle communication in writing, by redg/speed post followed by email, addressed to your appointing authority, MD,HR-Head, Company Secretary, Chairman, and request the good offices to supply you, the PF number and PF accumulation reports by redg/speed post only and mention that if company wants you can supply a postage prepaid, self addressed envelope, on getting a letter to this effect. You may mention that on dated ............Mr...........designation, department............has stated that since you have worked for only 4 months therefore although pf has been deducted from your salary, your pf a/c has not been opened and disbursement of Pf accumulation is not applicable to you.
if the company does not supply you can issue a notice/legal notice, and you can also complain to :
-o/o concerned PF commissioner, at the location where your company has registered office. You can lodge online complaint at www.epfindia.gov.in
-o/o Labor commissioner.
If you face any difficulty you can take the help of elders in the family, competent and experienced well wishers, lawyer to draft and structure your communications.

your empoyer is liable under section 406/409 of IPC. You can complain to PF Commissioner

Such employers and HR personnel are not fit to be left to loose around in civilized society. Employee should record (audio/visual) communication and build record and proceed to lodge complaint and let them face consequences. Employee should not pardon them and withdraw complaint. Once taken to task such individuals may not dare to repeat such acts in future.
