Pf withdrawl

HI.I left my company before 2 years.my 95 % pf i got it but because of some circumstances my some money left in my pf account.now i check with my UAN number my remaining balance is not showing in UAN ,EPFO portal now Rs 0 showing.can anyone guide me how can i take remaining money from epfo
