Photographer is not a professional one

Dear Experts,

we have filed a suit for Declaration and permanent injunction. We caputured some photographs of defendants trying to encroach on our land with the help of JCP machinary and Gundas with Police constable to create pressure on our guards. But these photographs which we have filed in the court are not caputred by professional photographer but by some individuals by digital camera and mobile phones. We have also filed receipt of developed photographs and CDs.

My question is if we need to examine those individuals then whether their witness will be advisable to verify these photographs is there any provision in law or is there any citation supporting us

photos should be original, without any editing/tempering...whether photo is original or not can be verified in a forensic lab.
