physical frisking at mall

Shashikanth sir, I am not aware of any rule regarding appointing persons for frisking. Usually female personeel frisk females and male friskers frisk males to avoid any untoward incident. It is safe for females to work and also for the females who undergo frisking. All personeel will be trained and there is no doubt that females are working efficiently in security front. Well, physical strength may not be same, but the gun equalises that...  :)

S.51(2) of Criminal Procedure Code says "Wherever it is necessary to cause a female to be searched, the search shall be made by another female with strict regard to decency". This section is also applicable to search by private persons also. I hope I have answered your query.
