Please advice me...

HELLO, TO EVERY ONE RECENTLY A PERSON BROKE INSIDE MY HOUSE BY BREAKING THROUGH THE VENTILATION OF THE ROOM ,WHICH WAS NEARLY ABOVE 15 fts TALL,IN WHICH I WAS SLEEPING,HE WAS WEARING A GLOVES IN HIS HANDS SO AS TO PROTECT HIMSELF FROM INJURIES DURING THE BREAKING OF GLASS OF THE VENTILATION.HE ALSO INDULGED INTO FIGHTING WITH OTHERS WHO TRIED TO CATCH HIM, HIS FAMILY ALSO CAME WITHIN A FRACTION OF SECONDS AS THEY MAY BE TOTALLY IGNORANT OF THIS FACT BEFORE HANDS..BUT AS THE SITUATION WENT OUT OF HANDS WE COULDN'T HOLD HIM FOR MUCH LONGER AND HE ESCAPED FROM OUR HANDS AND WAS AT LARGE. RECENTLY HE CAME AGAIN TO HIS HOME WHICH IS JUST 5 BLOCKS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. BUT AS WE TRIED TO INFORM THE POLICE THEY SAID THAT THE PERSON WAS ADMITTED AT A MENTAL HOSPITAL AND IS A MENTAL PATIENT. SO PLEASE KINDLY PUT FORWARD YOU HELPFUL SUGGESTION IN THIS REGARDS....WE HAVE ALREADY LODGED AN FIR IN THIS REGARDS.. THANK YOU.

If  the local police people didn't action, approach the higher auhtorities, like [SP, OR ACP OR DCP OF YOUR AREA.]

They will take action and solve your problem.
