In J&K, it is the PP who calls PW's, is this the practise in other states and is there any case law..

In criminal trial witnesses belong to the prosecutor as furnished by thr police in the Charge sheet, and it is the duty of the prosecutor to call his witnesses followed by accused witnesses if any.
