Please explain me this proceeding log of the court

This is a Criminal case which is filed by State (Local Police stations against the accused). Accused 2 and 7 are not appearing in the court after leaving the state after getting a bail based on the surety given by a person. Q1: What does this daily proceeding report mean. Accused No 2 and 7 called out absent filed EP. Re-issue NBW to A1 and 3 to 6 through by SP. Q2: Can surety for bail be charged for the accused escaping/not attending the court hearings/proceedings.? Please help understand
