Please help kare

agar ladka maintenace case mein jail jata hai to kya ladki wale din ke hisab se police ko pasie dete hai agar ha to kya yeh rule haryana mein bi hai.

If it is civil arrest then you have to pay subsistence allowances calculating daily basis. If it is criminal arrest then you need not have to pay anthing.

If it was a arrest on th basis of Sec 125 Cr.P.C., it is a criminal case wherein the government will take care of the needs of the person in prison, but in civil arrest the decree holder has to maintain the prisoner's expenses.

Since the JD was sent to civil imprisonment for non-payment of amount as directed by Court u/s 125 Cr. PC , DH has to pay subsistence allowances calculating daily basis

The imprisionment cannot exceed 30 days and may be extended after 30 days.

Hpwever, JD has to be released in between the period of imprisionment if the decretal amount has been paid to the satisfaction of Court..
