If you start saying that you are ready for MCD, then they will increase their demands coz, they are sure you will satisfy their demand.

In such case where they ask for money, if you cant saisty it, tell them, you are ready to live with her.

Regular bail only when you are arrested, and go to jail.  Then you can seek regular bail.

Sir according to my advocate i can get the regular bail in between the warrent issued and before arrest, it is the same thing you have also written in your earlier post,

Regarding the MCD, my FIL is just keeping quite and in the earlier meeting the mutual amount was fixed for 5 lakhs but first he wants the money to be transfered to his account then only he is ready to listed anything.
