The situation is like this.
I have built a house by paying money to my Father.When the house was getting built it was registered under my Middle Brothers name.Now my middle brother is dead unmarried and have no children and no widow.As far as my knowledge the legal heir of this house goes to my mother and she is the absolute owner of this house.Now My mother wants to give this house to my elder brother without my consents.She might give in form of a will or inform of a gift or might sale him by not taking any money and make a deed on my Elder brothers name.
What is the chance that legally i get a share on my mothers property?
How can i get my share on this house?what is the chance of wining if i file a case against it?
