Hi i bought plot in bangalore and i paid 4 lakhs which is 20% value of the property.After taking the lawyer opinion that land was a tribal land 26 years back. Now i want to take my money back,the builders are not conforming what amount they should charge as penality and they didnt tell when they will give.
there is no such clause in the agreement also for cancellation and all what should i do

Nothing can be said without perusing very closely the agreement with builder.

As per the Laccadive, Minicoy & Amindivi Islands (Protection of Scheduled Tribes) Regulation, 1964, prior sanction of the Administrator has to be obtained for transfer of land of a Scheduled Tribe to a non-Scheduled Tribe person.
